I started writing because I was tired of leadership content that pretended success was inevitable. Every TED talk, every LinkedIn post, every business book–they all start after the struggle is over. They never show the doubt, the failure, the moment you almost quit.

I write about what I’m actually thinking about: defense technology and whether it’s evolving fast enough. AI implementation and the gap between demos and production. Leadership and what it actually costs. Personal development and the long work of becoming yourself.

Some posts are technical. Some are personal. All of them are honest.
