Marine veteran and defense technologist who builds things that work where it matters most. Nearly two decades of experience spanning military service, startup founding, and defense technology leadership.

During BALTOPS 2017, I single-handedly ran the Combat Operations Center aboard the USS Arlington as the only data Marine selected from 1st Battalion, 23rd Marines. That operational authenticity carries through everything I build—from AI-powered defense products to production-grade systems deployed across 12+ Navy commands.

I don't just manage technology projects—I build technology products. As co-founder and CTO of Securranty, I shipped products from zero. At Navaide, I architect AI and data platforms that move from raw operational signals to decision-support tools under federal compliance constraints.

I know the Navy from the inside—how it operates, how it buys, and what it takes to earn trust. From BUPERS to SSP, NPS to NWC, I understand how requirements form and how budgets move.
